- 400ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Two heaped dessert spoons of rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder / or optional 1 scoop of chocolate flavoured whey protein powder
- 1 tablespoon of smooth sugarfree peanut butter
- Combine all ingredients together in a blender and serve in tall glass immediately
