Banana Protein Pancakes

Banana Pancakes with Cinnamon

  • 1 large banana
  • 2 medium eggs
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 Scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • Coconut Oil
  • Optional toppings – fresh berries, honey or greek yoghurt
  1. Combine eggs, banana, cinnamon, oats and protein powder together in a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Shallow fry in small batches in coconut oil and serve topped with your choice of fruit or  Greek-yoghurt
