Can’t stop raving about these overnight oats and I even sent my husband off to London today with a tub to eat on the train……………
- Enough oats for required serving, approximately 1/2 cup per person
- Enough Unsweetened Almond Milk to cover oats entirely
- 2 heaped dessert spoons of Full Fat Greek Yoghurt
- Optional; Berries, Nuts, Seeds, Flaxseed, Honey, Cinnamon, chia seeds
- Sliced apple, banana
- Combine all the ingredients excluding banana and apple in an air tight container and place in the fridge over night.
- Serve cold straight from the fridge topped with sliced banana and apple and an extra serving of Greek Yoghurt
