Overnight Oats

Can’t stop raving about these overnight oats and I even sent my husband off to London today with a tub to eat on the train…………… 

Overnight Oats

  • Enough oats for required serving, approximately 1/2 cup per person
  • Enough Unsweetened Almond Milk to cover oats entirely
  • 2 heaped dessert spoons of Full Fat Greek Yoghurtimg_9214
  • Optional; Berries, Nuts, Seeds, Flaxseed, Honey, Cinnamon, chia seeds 
  • Sliced apple, banana
  1. Combine all the ingredients excluding banana and apple in an air tight container and place in the fridge over night.
  2. Serve cold straight from the fridge topped with sliced banana and apple and an extra serving of Greek Yoghurt
